Our Return & Exchange Policy

(We want you to love every little thing you buy)


We know baby clothes are adorable (and we want to keep it that way!). But if something’s just not right, we’ve got your back.

Returns for Store Credit:

If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, don’t worry! We’ll happily offer store credit for returns made within 30 days from your order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still on—just like when you first fell for them :)

To start a return, drop us a line at support@pawsandtots.com with your order info, and we’ll get things moving. You’ll get store credit for the full amount of your returned item(s). You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost (unless there’s a little mix-up on our end, of course!).

Exchanges (Because Maybe You Need a Different Size or Print):

Need a swap? We’re happy to help you exchange any unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached items within 45 days from the order date. Just let us know what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll help you pick out something new. We’ll cover the shipping cost for exchanges, but we’ll do our best to make the process easy and quick.

What Can’t Be Returned:

Gift cards
Sale or final sale items (we love a good deal!)

Return Shipping:

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. But don’t worry, we’ll always make things right!
